Stand up paddle boarding (SUP), has taken the water sport world by storm. At first, is was a fringe activity looked down upon by hardcore surfers, but SUP, as it is known today, has become one of the fastest growing water sports in the world. With the advent of inflatable, compact boards and very stable designs, taking your SUP around the world has become painless and allows for doing much more than just sitting on a beach.  From fishing-specific boards to surfing SUPS, touring and more,  technology and creativity have really pushed the boundaries of what is possible on a SUP.  Our guided and self-guided tours based in Cabo Pulmo, La Paz and Loreta, Baja California Sur, enable all levels of paddlers to experience the magic of the Gulf of California’s crystal clear waters, abundant marine life and pristine Marine Parks carefully controlled in order to protect the incredible biodiversity. All of our trips are led by either Paddle Canada Certified Instructors or similar, with many years of experience on the water.

Cabo Pulmo and Area Day Trips

Based in Cabo Pulmo, UNESCO World Heritage Site and Federal Marine Park since 1995, our day trips take in some of the nearby wonders which make the Gulf of California so unique. Depending on winds and sea conditions, we will either leave from the Cabo Pulmo beach directly or nearby beaches such as Los Arbolitos or Playa Frailes in order to observe sea lions, rays, sea birds and maybe, a breaching humpback whale. Plan to pack lunch and water along with snorkelling gear as we will lazily make our way to quiet coves and tranquil beaches in order to explore this fascinating area.

6 hours of activity. Max 6 paddlers per guide. Rental of SUP, paddle and PFD possible. National Park Entry Fee

Not included: Lunch, drinks, transportation to start of excursion.
